If you love hiking and are short on time, this is the perfect tour for you. Keep in mind it is a bit more demanding: you walk 6 to 7 hours a day, with breaks by the river.

You sleep at camps in hammocks or on mattresses, depending on availability. The food is very good, buffet style and adapted to your diet — and there is plenty of it, so you can have seconds; leftovers go to local farming families.

During the hikes, the guides stop by the river at waterfalls so you can swim, and offer fruit and snacks.
